WEAR INSTRUCTIONS
The Slurp & Burp® is worn like a sash with the burpcloth resting on one shoulder. The breast on the opposite side of the burpcloth is the one used for nursing. Make sure the layers of material are untangled and laying flat across the front, side, and back of your body. Pull the outer layer of material up and the inside layer down. Keep the layers slightly overlapping. Reach under the material and prepare your breast for nursing from the top of your shirt.**
Cradle your baby facing you and separate the layers of material just enough to achieve latch on. The top layer of fabric rests on baby's face providing complete coverage of your breast. When you have finished nursing, overlap the layers of material to maintain coverage of your breast and lift your baby facing the burp cloth to catch any spit up. The Slurp & Burp® keeps you covered so you can reposition your breast inside your shirt after tending to your baby.
When you are ready to nurse on the other side... simply switch shoulders with the burp cloth and switch arms through the loop. When nursing is complete...take your Slurp & Burp® off, flip it inside out, roll it up, and use the elastic loop and/or fabric pouch to keep it compact inside your bag. Practice using your Slurp & Burp® in a private setting and soon you'll be nursing here, nursing there, nursing anywhere!!!
 **You must be wearing a shirt that allows your breast to be accessible from the top. Breastfeeding via the top of your shirt promotes better posture while nursing. It encourages mom to lift and cradle her baby at breast level rather than rounding downward and slouching forward. In addition, mom is able to keep her belly and back covered without layering shirts or wearing belly bands.
Warning: The Slurp & Burp® is not a sling or any type of baby carrier. Do not use a Slurp & Burp® to carry your baby.
SHIPPING INFORMATIONItems in stock are typically shipped out within 2 business days. Normal orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Confirmation of shipment date from the postal service will be emailed to you. Priority mail typically arrives in two to four business days within the United States. If you require faster service, please contact us. International orders ship First Class via USPS for an additional $3.50 (with the exception of Canada). Buyer is responsible for any Customs charges that may incur. Please contact seller if you would like package insured for an additional fee.
SIZEWe realize that nursing mothers come in all beautiful shapes and sizes. It is recommended to take a measurement by wrapping a string around yourself like a sash from bra strap of one shoulder around the opposite rib cage. As a general guideline, choose one size smaller than your blouse size. Please contact us with questions or to discuss sizing prior to placing your order. Custom sizing is available in limited fabric choices for an additional fee.

CAREThe Slurp & Burp® is made of machine washable cotton knit. Wash in cold water; do not bleach. Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat. Use a cool iron if needed. We recommend warm water and mild soap on a clean cloth for removing most common stains prior to washing. Please be certain to thoroughly test an inconspicuous area prior to actual stain removal to avoid uncontrollable variations in material reaction.
RETURNS/EXCHANGESProducts can be returned or exchanged up to 14 days after purchase. Please contact us for a return authorization number. Items must be returned in new, unused, and original condition. Items for return will be inspected for acceptible condition prior to a refunded being issued. If an item does not meet our return qualifications, it will be shipped back at the customer's expense. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees, and items should be mailed back with tracking. Sorry, original shipping fees cannot be refunded. A replacement item for exchange will ship at customer's expense once the returned item has been inspected.
